Patrick Rabbath and Pascal Rabbath are the founders of Rabbath Lebanese Bistro. Being close brothers born in Beirut Lebanon, their family immigrated to Australia, where they continued their knowledge of culinary art in Lebanese cuisine from their parents. When creating Rabbath, they sought to bring a modern flare to the traditional authentic dishes they grew up with.
Designed as share plates, or Mazzé, their menu epitomises the truest essence of breaking bread with loved ones. Mazzé translated from Lebanese means 'to have a bite between plates'.
If you'd much rather leave the selection in our Chef's hands, we're only too happy to offer you a three-course degustation menu, where you get to sample more of the dishes on our Mazzé menu.
We can also look after you with our exceptional pairing of wines with our Chef's Selection.

We believe we have the best job in the world...to cook right in front of you, and experience first hand your enjoyment!
Patrick is the full-time operator of the bistro, and Pascal currently travels the world consulting to clients, periodically joining his brother when in Australia to cook up a storm and catch up with patrons.
